Sleek Paraguaya i-Divine Palette

Here's the look that I created with the Sleek Paraguaya i-Divine Palette today.

I used the pink shade from the Sleek Primer Palette as the base over the eyesocket area and the white shade as the base over the browbone area. After priming the lids, I used an eyeshadow brush to apply Sandstone (light pink-toned beige) as a wash over the browbone area, Cameo (candy pink) from the inner corner to the middle of the upper lid, Bittersweet (light greyed brown) in the outer corner of the upper lid and Stone (dark greyish brown) along the upper lashline. I also smudged Parfait (shimmery icy pink) along the lower lashline and blended Blush (baby pink) just above the crease.

I finished by applying Dolly Wink Liquid Liner along the upper lashline, Esprique Precious True Black Mascara WP (Volume Separate) on the upper lashes and Clinique Bottom Lash Mascara on the lower lashes.

I like the fact that Paraguaya has a mix of soft satin and more shimmery shades. As usual, the eyeshadows tend to kick up a bit of powder but it's manageable. Even the lightest shades like Sandstone and Blush have good colour payoff. Sandstone reminded me of MAC Yogurt (the only MAC eyeshadow I've ever used up).

Stone is intensely pigmented and causes quite a bit of fallout on the under eye area during the application process, which is typical of Sleek's darker shades. The eyeshadows lasted well over 12 hours of wear with just a bit of creasing at the inner corners (but that's probably more due to the Primer Palette bases).

The other products that I used were: Rachel K Mineral Color Control Blemish Balm topped with Jill Stuart Loose Powder, MAC Sakura Mineralize Blush, Esprique Precious Rouge Fantasist PK891, K-Palette Real Lasting Eyebrow 02 and Lancome Natural Light Creator Bare Skin Perfecting Corrector Pen #1.

Hi Haru,

I really enjoy your blog, which I discovered via a Lotus Palace link (and LP via makeupalley.com).

This particular look of the day is one of the most beautiful I have seen on you. Brava! Your new (?) hair color is also very flattering with these cosmetic colors.

Greetings from the U.S.,

i actually like warmer shades on you; this peach-brown combination is very flattering, much more so than purples or blues. -h.

Can you just do swatches? Alot of these looks don't look good on you and in fact look really scary. We appreciate the information, but your looks aren't helpful at alll...

Then please go read other beauty blogs! There are many other blogs that do excellent swatches. I don't understand why you would waste your time reading a blog that is "scary".

No Haru! I think your makeup skills really bring out the wonders of many palettes and I love your FOTDs as they are always consist of a wide array of items I would love to see.

I find your looks inspirational and suitable for office. They are not scary howsoever.

Thanks Haru for sharing these with us!
