InRed & Steady Aug '09

The August issues of InRed (S$19) with the Jill Stuart cloth tote and Steady (S$17.20) with the Rebecca Taylor mini tote arrived at Kinokuniya today. Kino brings in a very limited number of copies of these two mags so if you want to get them, don't wait too long.

Jill Stuart is releasing this luggage bag (25200yen) and carrier bags (11550yen) with the same New York-inspired apple print in late August.

The September issue of Steady will come with yet another Rebecca Taylor pouch and scrunchie.

is the js tote bento lunch size?

Haru said...

Hi,

The JS tote is slightly larger than bento size, can fit a good sized book, a bottle of water but it's not big enough to fit the magazine itself

Hi Kojiro,
I'm afraid I don't know of any websites that sell Jill Stuart bags so probably the only way is to ask someone to help you buy from Japan.

hi, do u knw how much is the shipping at amazon jp? cos i want to order mags. thks

Haru said...

You can see Amazon Japan's international shipping rates here:
http://www.amazon.co.jp/gp/help/customer/display.html?ie=UTF8&nodeId=1039606#international

It's definitely not cheap. Say you order 1 mag to be shipped to Singapore, the shipping cost is 1900yen + 300yen=2200yen.

hi,
There are a few standalone Jill Stuart stores in Tokyo plus store-within-stores at various department stores.

For department stores, you can find Jill Stuart at Tobu and Seibu department stores in Ikebukuro, Isetan and Takashimaya dept stores in Shinjuku, Mitsukoshi dept store in Ginza, Seibu dept store in Shibuya and Yurakucho.

The standalone stores are in Shibuya, Marunouchi and Lumine in Shinjuku. You can find maps of the store locations (in English) on the JS website.

To see the maps for each store location, just click "Shop List" on this page. You will see a list of all the stores in Japan but the location is written in Japanese characters. Just click in each location to view the map, which is in English.
